For me Henry the catagories were nice and simple, just pick how many laps and ride in appropriate catagory. I guess those looking to end of sesson pionts results it would be a little harder but that would be the case what ever you called the catagories.
Cheers Matt

thought it was great to have less classes and therefore bigger fields in each. The racing was certainly competitve and should provide plenty of reasons for us to get out and train if we wish to get to the pointy end. I didnt realise that some of them guys in the wheelchairs where so fit! Great Decision to condense the classes, Well Done

Yeah, I think the categories were fine. It might be simpler though to just call them A grade, B grade etc, because Sport A is an official MTBA category that means something quite different to what we now mean when we say A grade. Also, putting the word sport on everything is kind of unnecessary now. Just call them A, B, C, D I reckon.
Thanks for getting the results up so quickly Henry and Kev, and thanks to all those who prepared the track (it was best ever) and did the timing.
On another note, a great turnout, especially the fact that we had 23 female riders out of 126 altogether. Not many other clubs can get 18% women at races so we must be doing something right. Keep it up girls (and invite your friends)!
