Thanks to the volunteers for running the event. I thought that the event might have been called off, but I'm glad it went ahead. The wind wasn't too bad once you were on the track.

I must say the winds were terrible driving down from Wollongong and I too thought the race could be called off, but they weren't that bad at all at the track....unless I was just pre-occupied with the race..!!! Either way thanks to the volunteers that made it happen, my son and I had lots of fun.

I think the wind did subside a little just before the race . It was so cold when i got out of the car! It was a fun race ,thanks to the people running the show in such cold conditions.
