Hey just wondering what sort of abilities you get at Social Ride and is it open to all?? Any other Ladies?? Pretty fit just not super agile on the bike AS YET!!! (its a working progress) Don't want to get in the way and slow you up but if anyone who is same sort of level is going then I would be keen... Have ridden Coondoo with friends couple of times and can get round mostly

It's a very social paced ride and we only go as fast as the slowest rider. I was out ridden by an 8 year old last time :-)
