2014 RACES

Well the year is well underway and we are finalising the race calendar for 2014. Generally all races will be held on the 3rd Sunday of the month. The details will be updated shortly on the SCUM's WEB site.

The first XC race will be the 20th of April, yes we know it's Easter Sunday, so to allow for the family things the race will start at the more family friendly time of 10:00am. The location is going to be Coondo and will include a Mud Flickers race and Easter egg hunt to keep the kids happy.

Rego from 8:30am on the day with Mud Flickers Race starting 9:30 and Easter egg hunt & sausage sizzle at the completion of the main race.

The track crew will be doing there magic the week before so the track should be in great shape. Volunteers will be need the week before for the track work and on the day so if you are available let us know.

Keep and eye on this thread as we get closer to the day for updates and further information on the remaining events which are being finalised.

Ok things are progressing well for the next race, easter bunny has been booked in and the sausage sizzle is organised so lets hope the weather comes to the part.

The weather is looking good so the trackshould be great so bring the kids along for the easter egg hunt and mudflickers race then the easter Sunday ride. All levels welcome from Novice to A grade.

Race starts 10:00am with rego from 9:15.
Coondo is the location which can be accessed off Forest Rd or Comberton grange Rd you may want to park near the Forest Rd access and ride in if the road looks iffy.

Great work guys ... MK - I see what you mean about the start / rego time - hilarious. Hopefully we'll get the Computer Problems sorted next time so that we can start on time.
