Riders,
The plan for the Swiftcampout solstice ride on the 20th June is as follows.
Assemble at Jax tyres 169 Kinghorn St Nowra at apporx 7.30am for 8am departure.
We will then ride out towards Yalwal way and then head south on the planned route.
The distance to Bendalong is about 85km and about the same for the return leg up the coast.
Options for those wanting to ride but not that distance are.
1. Turn back toward town at the Main Rd 92 crossover (about 40km??) If you organize it you can have someone pick you up and then drive to Bendalong or home.
2. Do the ride to Bendalong and not stay overnight and have someone take you back to Nowra (or wherever).
3. Start your ride from Bendalong either Sunday morning or camp over Saturday night then ride back.
There maybe other options suitable for you so feel free to discuss them with me.
I will be camping at the Bendalong Point van park. Camp sites are $70 but you can have 6 adults per site. So about $12 each if six are camping.
You can get other accommodation if you wish. So do your looking and booking if that’s what you want.
There is a General Store that sells hot food, a Bottle shop (whoo hoo) and a Pizza shop. I will check to see what is open for morning coffee and breakfast .
If you want to bring your own food and cook it that’s OK too.
I am planning on doing an order with SwiftIndustries for some patches and maybe other stuff.

I plan on recording this ride and produce a short video of our journey. So bring your GoPro or camera of choice. The more footage the better.
