Did a couple of laps of the Cabbage this afternoon, as it is now, there is no need for any race preparation prior to Sunday's next round of the SCUM series.
The track is currently dry and fast and wasn't very dusty - thanks to the recent rain.

Looks like some lap records may be broken on Sunday.
Just got back from Cabbage and its fast. No trees down after the wind either so Henrys comments still stand

Good be a good race for some people to step up a catergory and mix it with the faster riders.

Weatherzone has 2.2mm of rain in Nowra upto 9:00am Saturday morning, forecast is for a dry windy Sunday, the track should be super fast if it got a light sprinkle of rain on it ..

Lewy, you need to invest in a SRAM Powerlink - no more broken chain pins.
You missed another great SCUM race. Once again, the Cabbage brings out all the punters. 90 riders on a cool and very windy day!
Thanks to everyone who helped with registration and timing. We were only 5 minutes late in starting after doing all of those registrations.

Was a good race, despite the bitterly cold wind in the morning. Track was nice and fast and fun to ride. Good to see a larger number of riders again.
