Increasing Under 13 race to 2 laps!

A request from a few of the juniors! The Under 13's once raced two laps of the course. It has been cut back to one lap. They are disappointed that they do not get more riding time. Some of the kids that are of this age are racing up above their age so they can do more laps.

We have a novice class for those who want to do one lap, can the two laps for under 13's be bought back?
