Is anyone up for a day of cleaning at funnelweb? I have ridden it the last two saturdays in a row and it needs some cleaning ASAP. Let me know if you're up for it.

WHOA!!!....listen guys I know you mean well but there is protocol involved regarding our trails. You DONT do any work on the trails more than kicking sticks off unless it is a club organised trail maintenance day. Andrew Fellows the DH co ordinator (find his contact details on the main website) is also the trail co ordinator for Funnelweb, contact him and ask when he plans to have a club track day. We are in the final stages of getting an occupancy permit and contract agreement with Forests NSW for a lease style ownership for Funnelweb....unapproved track maintenance could jeopardise that big time...I'm sure you weren't aware so thats why I'm bringing it to your attention. Shaun....DEFINATELY NO CHAINSAWS!!  P.S. Anyone caught doing unapproved trackwork will face diciplinary action from the club and possibly Forests NSW. |

Ok ill let him know thanks for the heads up..... but it was just to clear the top of the spine drop because at the moment it is unrideable....

I rode funnelweb today.... there was one tree down but myself and sean just dragged it off the track.... the first bridge has a few planks broken and all the track needs is just a walk through to kick a few rocks and sticks off....
