G'day all
With the 2nd round of the Singletrack Mind Series fast approaching on 16 May, last weekend we headed out with some local 'talent' to shoot a promo video for the event:
Crissy enjoyed it so much she went back for more:
There's also a story coming up in the South Coast Register any day now (if anyone sees it, please let me know!).
Hope to see SCUM members out in force at the event (don't forget, we are also running a club point score).
Cheers
Fi

Incase no one has been out to coondoo this weekend, theres a rather large branch of a gum tree that has come down over the track about 400m before the bridge going clockwise. Also wondering about the course for the 8 hr, is it going to be the same as was used for the 6hour last year?

A crew headed out today to do some maintenance and the track is now clear and looking awesome! Now I just have to figure out how to get a sneaky lap in on the day

Big tick to Jo and Fiona for organising a great event. From the outside, seemed to go off without a hitch. Thanks to all who volunteered their time. In particular Whitto and Lewy seemed to be hovering around everywhere giving up there sunday, Thank you very much. Noticed Kel taking a heap of photos, looking forward to seeing them. Great track, I think alot of visiting riders who seen Coondoo for the first time will be back, we certainly appreciate all of the trackwork that was done prior to the event to make coondoo. Great Work!

A big tick to all the competitors also. I did a couple of laps this morning and didn't have to pick up one gel pack or any other litter. Track has held up well. Will settle back nice with this bit of rain. While riding in the race I got many positive comments on how good this track is and what a good job the SCUM club has done. I'm sure many will be back either for an enduro or even just a club round.
