Alright, so I caught up with a few people before and during the "racing".
Whittin Clan - Fast racing guys? Binder Clan - Solo (nutter) parents of which it was nice to chat with, but how was the other track girls? Trevor - out for ANOTHER team 24 event, will this guy stop or is he having to much fun? Albatross - where white is the new black, nice suits! The DIY MTB guys - How did you fair Duncan?
As for me I just want to say a big thanks to my dedicated support crew. Also to the additional support of friends who were either solo support crew, injured solo riders or Scott 24hr riders.
Thanks to Team Enduro Pulse and our partners, Carman's, Bikes at the Basin and DIY MTB.
A quick look back at the 24 will be written soon. My body has taken a few day to get back in a normal rhythm, there are still aches and a couple of pains.

A big congratulations to the SCUM club and to its members following the weekend.
Having very successful participation and results in the junior to young adult ranks. Plus the many solo riders that call SCUM home representing from where ever they are now.
Very impressive effort by all participants and the support that made that possible.
From the Whitto's, Binder's and other team families, through to Crummy, Kev and Gaz who still call home SCUM (oops back to front maybe)
Plus not to forget, Duncan the older Binders and of course the Fenz who gave it their all and should be exceptionally proud of their individual efforts!

yeh great work Matt and Crummy-enjoyed having a chat with you both on course and I agree a big effort by many other SCUM riders and supporters at the Scott 24 and WSC 24- well done to all!
For me the last lap in the WSC will remain etched in my memory- sipping hot coke and sucking down the rancid gel as i steered my trusty steed and derelict, dust soaked, former body down Mt Stromlo and along the almost (by that late stage) empty course- thinking to myself "I don't think I am going to pass out" but not really being sure!
Thanks to Sascha and Jamie for ringing the cow bells for me too!
