Thinking about doing a few Friday arvo rides while its daylight savings time. We started yesterday by riding the long way home from work. Left at 1pm and got home at 7.30pm. Thankfull Vincentia has a Bakers Delight or I would never had have made it home ;D With a few more of these, maybe I will get some fitness. And if haven't ridden down Cassia Fire Trail, I would highly recommend it. It drops 340 metres in a little over 8 kms.

Will probably Mt Scanzi, KV, Woodhill Mt, Berry, Shoaly heads and across to Comerong island and home. About 105kms This weeks will be a Sunday ride from Sydney to Wollongong ;D

Been a bit slack with these rides. I did one last Friday and I am going to do another one this Friday. Leaving from the BAE Building at Aviation Technology Park around 12.15pm. (can be a little flexible on the time if need be) Approx 65kms. A little different to what is below. I bailed on the extra dirt and rode 40kms in the rain on the road Pace will reflect my lack of fitness and nonlack of fatness. Bring your MTB or your Cyclocross bike.
