Hi Folk,
As a newby member, I'm keen to get myself and hopefully my son (14) out to Butterfly on Sunday Feb 19.
Couldn't find too many details on the SCUM website apart from the date / location; can anyone advise of entry requirements / rego time / cost etc?

Gday Grant,
Rego will be between 7 and 8.45am with race start at 9am. Entry fee is $10 for seniors and juniors (under 19) just $5. A day license is $20 per rider unless you already have a MTBA competition license.
The access road to Butterfly is very slippery when wet. We are keeping an eye on the weather (not a good forcast) over next few days and will make a decision at the earliest.

Hi , not to hijack your thread bigg , but i am looking to come down on sunday hopefully . Where is the meet point ? I have not ridden down your way before , ican see butterfly rd on the map but it is long , is there a cross road ? Also what is the coarse length ?

Muzspeed,
Veer right off Forest Rd onto Butterfly Rd and follow signs. Once on Butterfly Rd keep following it. You can't miss race start area.
Coarse length about 7km. Others may know exact length.
