Anyone with a "current" MTBA level 1 commissaire ticket or anyone in the process of doing the course (available on the MTBA website), please contact James or post here on the forum, so he has an idea of who he can call on to support the calendar. Thanks.

Hi Guys I did the assessment around two weeks ago and sent to MTBA. I then called MTBA last Thursday to make sure they had it. Someone was going to call me back but they didn't. I called them again yesterday to be told the person looking after it will be in on Friday. I have a feeling it may be a long process..............

Hi people I have attached the calendar for 2013. Understand there is lots going on but tried to fit it in as best as possible. Reduced the points score XC races to 3. Added a: 1/ Pink Wheel (girl focused race) but all riders welcome to come and ride 2/elite and Jnr teams race 3 hr. All riders welcome to come along and race teams will be drawn randomly. See if the elite(or better riders) & juniors can beat you and your mate. 3/ Mud Flickers - under 11 race at 8.45 prior to every body elses race at 9.15am. (if they can ride they are good to have a go in this category) We still have: Heavy SCUM 95kg+ Dusk 4hrs to get ready for the Mont & Scott. 30/60 So plenty for all. Will be great to see you all out riding the trials. James Attachments:

Guys,
I have been thinking it may be a good idea to look at doing a Clean up Australia day at one of our tracks. The date is the 3rd of March and it would be a good opportunity to get out and get some of the rubbish off the track without having to pay tipping fee's and tack on a ride/sausage sizzle. I can do a bit more research if you are interested or if it fits in with the calendar. I was thinking Coondo would be a good candidate.

Matt Kidd Yep great idea, that's failed to get off the ground ini the past. With all our members, there should be no problem cleaning up all tracks (and surrounds) and meeting up for a de-brief/refuel etc after

Whilst it is relatively short notice, I am prepared to organise a Clean Up Coondo day for Sunday to work in with the Clean up Australia Day.
My thoughts were to get rid of the rubbish near the fire trail before you head down to Rocky and Bulwinkle, but due to the recent rain and probable rain coming my Forester will probably get in but not get out. So I will need some one to come forward and assist with a real 4 x 4 and a decent trailer. In addition if anyone else is not too concerned with getting a little wet we could look at some other area's as well.
I am not sure if we need forestry approval maybe Russ or Pat can confirm but if ok I will register with Clean up Aust and contact Council to find out what the go is for rubbish removal. The only other issue I see is whether the roads are reasonable enough to get in and or if we do is it going to create more problems with the roads then it solves?
Any one who is interested and keen to help with vehicles ect please let me know ASAP as that is really the deal breaker to get this off the ground.
