Hi SCUM forum'ers
We need a couple of people keen to keep the SCUM calendar up to date. The calendar is managed through Google calendar and is pretty straight forward, but like anything is only as good as it's accuracy.
Ideally the XC co-ord and maybe the trails co-ord would update the calendar since they are most likely (in an ideal world) to know what's going on. But really it could be anyone who is happy to keep an eye/ear out for changes etc.
Any changes to the calendar are immediately available to our website and to anyone that attaches to it through their smart phone or computer etc
The beauty of the google calendar is that you can access it from anywhere and update it quickly. Obviously if you have an Android smartphone or pad thingy you've already got the right connections but even an old computer works still
Seriously all you need is a google login of any sort (GMail, youtube etc, blogger) and access to the internet.
So ideally we'd like to have a couple of people to take on the job (just in case you got to work or holiday or something that distracts you from the mtb life momentarily).
The 2013 calendar need to be started on and it'd be a good place to start. If you're interested give me a shout and I'll get you set up.
BTW you can connect to the calendar through google calendar, when asked for an email address/calendar you want scumtb@gmail.com
