Just a reminder that the first race of 2013 is on Sunday 24th Feb at Coondoo.
rego open from 7.30
Mud flickers Race (age 3-10) is on at 8.45
All other races start 9.15
ALL Junior riders ride for free thanks to Larry Wicks Physio
All helpers welcome on the day

It wont be me even though I lodged my test with MTBA in early November, followed it up with countless phone calls to their head office and then re sent the test again in January. I still have not recieved the promised call back to find out whats going on. Hope someone else is having more luck

Hi people,
1/ the track from 2008 is pretty much gone. Was going to go out on Thurday arvo and scratch a track for them to ride on.
It will only be short so they might do 2-3 little laps = approx 10 -15min total. I want it to be in view so we can all see them and cheer them along. This will be pretty relaxed. They register just like any other rider & pick up their special plate and get ready for 8.45am.
2/ Commissaire - I am finshing my course at the moment so happy to take it on for the first race. It seems like MTBA are not quick on the feedback so I figure I have done my bit and we should be able to race.
Was looking at it, to keep it current you have to do 3 club races. So will look at keeping everybody upto date.
3/ WEATHER!!! Yes it is not looking good for the weekend fingers crossed the large front heads out to sea by the time it gets down our way. If not I would like to call it on saturday night via the wesite. Will need some feedback as I am up in minnamurra and the weather is very different from south nowra.
4/ The track had a far bit of leaf litter and sticks, so if it clears it would be great to get some people do a little cleaning. Track will not head up beach St but straight over to bob sled, switch backs, then the south side of the road.

I am only 6kms from Coondoo so pretty much the rain it gets, I get. I have had 12mm since last night. |

James just rang me after being out there and it's very wet.
Possibly being rescheduled.
