Hey all Is the pink wheel race just for women or is it for all . If so is it " pink wheel " in support of breast cancer ?

Its all in but it gives free entry for all women/girls that want to race. Just have to pay for insurance. Normal XC format. Maybe next year we can link the race with breast cancer fund raiser? Main goal this year is to get more women at our races or just riding MTB.

My wife and kids are in so if you need a race director or other help let me know. I will have the kids during the race so it maybe a little hard to concentrate on the timing.

Tippo,
I was out there this morning and there are a couple of puddles that need draining. I didn't have time or the tools but if you can't do it I will try on the way out tomorrow.

Great day everyone ... I had a blast. It was nice to see so many people there with huge smiles on their dials (slightly muddy ones at that too). Thanks to all involved in organising; and a special thanks to Tippo for grading the road on the way in (hope that boy's ankle is OK). Cheers G

To make the timing of this event accurate I need some riders to let me know the lap length. GPS or trip computer what ever you record with. The more the better and I will just average it out. Thanks, Timekeeper.

Thanks for a great ride all . Was impressed with the amount of women riding . Looked like everyone was having fun . With timing , my cycle computer had me at 22.81 km at a time of 1 hr 14 min .

Good to see it was a good run, I missed out due to some bad planning. Kev and I had a look at the track on Friday to smash some PB's out there and it was as muddy as anything. It was a sweet track the other week when we rode it too.
