NOTIFICATION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
South Coast United Mountainbikers Inc.

Dear SCUM Member,

I have pleasure in drawing your attention to the Annual General Meeting of the South Coast United Mountainbikers , which will be held on:

Thursday, 27th June 2013 in the Boardroom of the Bomaderry RSL Club located on the corner of Coomea and Bunderra Street, Bomaderry. The meeting will commence at 7pm.

AGENDA

1. Apologies for Absence.

2. Minutes of the last AGM.

3. Office Bearers Reports. (President, Secretary/Treasurer, XC & Trails Coordinator).

4. All office bearer positions are declared vacant.

5. Election of Office Bearers and Committee Members for 2013 to 2014.

Office bearer positions to be filled are:

a. President

b. Secretary/Treasurer

c. Cross Country Coordinator

f. Trails Coordinator


6. General Business
Topics such as: ABN, Husky 100, Chocolatefoot Single Track Mind Series, Superbowl rebuild, Butterfly major work, Coondoo Mods and a whole lot of other stuff important to all members

7. Close AGM

Nominations for the positions of officer bearers can be made via e-mail to [e-mail] or [e-mail]

Please ensure you receive the expressed permission of the person you are nominating for an office bearer position and provide a contact phone number and preferably an e-mail address for the person to be nominated. If no nominations for the above office bearer positions are put forward before the 27th of June 2013, though not ideal, nominations will be sought at the AGM itself.

I noticed that in General Business that all three tracks are mentioned for work overs, are there specific plans being put forward or are these areas that are to be discussed?

I am hoping that the incoming Trails Co-Ordinator will establish a plan to rebuild Superbowl, cut out all the crappy rutted bits of Butterfly and address erosion problems at Coondoo. This of course can only be achieved with the help of enthusiastic peolple working as a team and all reading from the same page.
We can discuss the proposed work at the AGM or maybe at a 'Trails working group' meeting at a later date.

No. Any person interested in Mountain biking are welcome to attend. However non members are ineligible to vote or stand for committee positions.
