I will be heading out to Coondoo this saturday to continue with track and trail maint. Some parts missed the brush cutter last time so there is a bit of that to do. I hope to bring out some trial crushed concrete material to build up and stabilise some sandy/erosion prone areas. We will choose a few parts of single track to trial. This will require some wheelbarrow action followed by stomping and bedding in. If you can spare some time come out and join in the fun. I'll prob get there between 8 and 9am. bring ya bike for a ride afterwards.

I have the crushed concrete/brick blend to bring out tomorrow. I will be bringing a wheelbarrow but another would be great and a third even better. So if anyone can squeeze one in their car and bring it out it will make the tasks at hand a lot quicker and easier.

Anyone who is keen to come help but cant get right into the traihead by car, just be at the Fotrest Rd carpark at 745 and you can jump in my 4WD.
Russ, ive got no barrows but a few spades and a whippersnipper.

Had a quick ride around the start of the track, not too bad, a little bit of mud bit not too bad, some moto's have been through there but been light on the track. The 4wd Mud bogans have been through both road entrances and made a bit of a mess on the fire road entries into the trailhead, it looks to be 4wd entry to the trailhead at the moment, unless you're keen. Cheers Ades PS Russ if you want to bring the pipes if you still gottem I will take them off of you if you want

Has anyone ridden Coondoo since the meathead motos ripped it up?.... Did they rip up the two corners with the rubble fill?
