Just a reminder that if you are trying to let people know about an event, looking for volunteers, having a meeting or just want to let people into the secret world of SCUM or SCUM people you can email the list by sending to news@scum.asn.au
It really is just like sending an email to anyone, but you'll reach @ 150 people who are interested in what is happening at SCUM.
You will find you reach a lot more people than just using the forum.
The list is moderated to make sure we keep out the spam etc but that won't affect legit scum types.
Some tips; keep it short and clear. Make sure dates times etc are easy to read, and early in the email.
Don't send attachments as a lot of spam filters block these and often readers won't open them anyway.
People can easily subscribe to the mailing list (and unsubscribe) but if they can't please send me an email address and whether they want in or out and I'll sort it.
