You may be on your own.
I think you put Pat under the limit by making it 95kgs.
I just told him to eat more ;D
Next year I will start my campaign.

Rode with heavy SCUM yesterday...lost 2 kgs during the race...cant have that, I mightn't qualify next time!.. ;D I put in a Heavy SCUM training ride yesterday. 134kms topped off with Red Rooster at Kiama. That way I still maintain 120kgs and well within the weight limit ;D app.strava.com/rides/2231558

I lost 2kg as well Pat ,it was a day of highs and lows for me.The highs, being able to compete at such an elite level in HEAVY SCUM!The lows, realising that i'm old, overweight and unfit!

If you blokes were fully committed to Heavy SCUM you would have driven through Maccas on the way home and had 2 big mac meals to replace those lost 2kgs. ;D Or is that just me

That was my pre Sydney to the Gong training meal. Being Heavy SCUM takes its toll on components too. This was my wheel on this mornings ride Glad it happened in Nowra close to home and not halfway from Sydney on Sunday.
